Summer Weddings 2009 - August 7, 2009

Red Slate performed at Dru and Genny's wedding in June, in San Bernardino at The Asistancia Mission. We had a great time seeing family and friends and playing some great music!

Also.....we sure enjoyed playing at the Grubbs wedding on August 22nd in Beaumont! Congrats to Eric and Michelle and thanks for having us play!

Mystic Soundscapes Radio - February 5, 2009

Mystic Soundscapes Radio has featured the song, "Storm on Trinidad", from our Dragonfly CD, on their playlist since 2005. Mystic Soundscapes plays new age and ambient music, and can be listened to at www.mysticsoundscapes.com.

Aries' Era Radio! - February 3, 2009

Starting in March of 2006, a variety of Red Slate songs have received daily airplay on Aries' Era internet radio. As of May, 2009, Aries Era is continuing to include Red Slate's music on the playlist and can be heard at: www.live365.com/stations/dv4012 . New Age and relaxing ambient music are played on Aries' Era. Take a listen!

Radio interview in Greenland - December 26, 2007

During a June trip to Greenland, Greg did a one half hour radio interview/show on Red Slate with Virna Fencker on 99.0 Ilulissat Radio, Greenlandic National Radio, (KNR) in Ilulissat, Greenland. Along with the interview, 4 songs were aired- "Keeping it Real", "Over the Mountain",
"Hidden Bannana Jam", and "Medieval Times". Special thanks go to Virna Fencker for doing a great job interviewing and translating into Greenlandic for the broadcast! Check the photo section of the website for pictures taken during this broadcast in the studio.

Greg Arnold joins Golana - September 3, 2006

Greg joined Springhill recording artist and Native American Music Award Nominee Golana (Scott Cunningham) for some improvisation at the Wrightwood Music Festival on September 3rd, 2006. 2006 Music in the Pines - August 21, 2006

Red Slate performed at the "Music in the Pines" concert series on July 13, in Wrightwood, CA. Songs from all three Cd's were played, and special guest Tanner Duman joined Red Slate on accordion for "Shaboink". Special thanks to all fans and friends who came out to see Red Slate!
